Can I visit your showroom?
Yes, we'd love to have you! Feel free to stop in anytime between 9am - 5pm, Monday through Friday. We are located on the second floor of 900 Broadway, between 19th and 20th streets.
How do I open a trade account?
It's easy! Visit this page, fill out the form and be sure to include a copy of your resale certificate. If you need immediate assistance upon submitting your information, please reach out to us at email@example.com and someone will be happy to help you.
Who is my sales rep?
If you're unsure who your salesperson is, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will point you in the right direction!
If I'm not a designer, can I purchase your products?
We gladly offer a curated collection of wallpaper and fabrics available for retail clients. We also have an amazing selection of in-stock area rugs available in our showroom. Custom carpet and rugs are reserved for our trade clients only.
How do I order samples?
If you already have an account set up, please contact your salesperson directly for fabric, wallpaper and carpet samples. If you do not have an account yet, please sign up using our Trade Registration form and shoot us a note with your sample request. If you are not a designer, please email email@example.com to request samples for $10/sample.
What is the minimum order for fabrics and wallpaper?
The minimum order requirements for fabric and wallpaper vary depending on the vendor. All of the fabric lines we represent have at LEAST a minimum order of 3 yards, and all of the wallpaper lines have at LEAST a minimum order of 5 yards. Some lines have higher minimums, especially imported lines, so be sure to ask your salesperson about these minimums.
Do you carry in stock fabrics and wallpaper?
We do not stock any fabrics or wallpaper in our showroom. Most of the lines that we represent sell made to order goods. This means that they do not print or weave the product until an order has been placed. If you are in a time crunch, we do work with a few vendors who carry limited stock and we're happy to check with them to see if they have anything available to "quick ship."
Do you offer fabric and wallpaper quantity estimates?
Unfortunately we do not offer wallpaper and fabric quantity estimates. Please contact a professional wallpaper hanger or upholsterer for your quantity estimate.
How do I get a price quote?
If you are a designer, please contact your salesperson directly for a price quote on fabrics, wallpaper and carpet. If you are not a designer, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and someone will reach out to you with a price quote. Be sure to send how much wallpaper or fabric you will need.
Do you offer installation services?
We do offer delivery and installation services for our rugs and carpets to the trade. When receiving a quote from your salesperson, be sure to let them know that you'd like to include delivery and installation. Studio Four does not offer installation with upholsterers, seamstresses, or wallpaper hangers directly.
Do you offer design services?
Unfortunately we do not offer design services. We do not have any interior designers on staff – just a bunch of textile junkies!
What other showrooms carry your products?
Studio Four NYC's own fabric and wallpaper designs are also available through Harbinger in LA, Fritz Porter in Charleston and James Showroom in Austin.
