Can I visit your showroom?
We are open 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday. 

Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are encouraged and walk-ins are welcome. Please contact your salesperson or sales@studiofournyc.com to let us know when you want to stop by. We require all visitors to follow social distancing guidelines and to wear masks while in the showroom.

If I’m not a designer, can I purchase your products?
We offer a curated collection of our wallpapers and fabrics, stocked rugs and accessories for retail clients in our showroom and online. Custom products are reserved for our trade clients only.

How do I open a trade account?
Visit our trade registration page, fill out the form and we will be in touch.

How does the trade program work?
Trade accounts have access to trade pricing on fabrics and wallpapers produced by Studio Four and by our represented lines. Pricing and samples for custom rug and broadloom carpets are only available to registered trade clients. We also offer a discount for our stocked products in our online shop. Please note that all accounts are on a proforma basis – Studio Four does not offer open accounts or net terms.

How do I get a price quote?
If you have a trade account, please contact your salesperson directly for a price quote. If you are not a designer, please email sales@studiofournyc.com and we will reach out to you with a price quote. Be sure to include the quantity of fabric or wallpaper you will need.

Who is my sales rep?
If you are unsure who your salesperson is, please email sales@studiofournyc.com and we will point you in the right direction


How do I order samples?
If you have a trade account, please contact your salesperson directly for samples. If you are not a designer, please order our Studio Four NYC samples from our website. For represented lines, you can email sales@studiofournyc.com to request samples. Please note that not all of our lines make their samples available to retail customers.


Do you have fabrics and wallpapers in stock?
We do not stock any fabric or wallpaper in our showroom. Most of our lines print to order and lead times are generally 4-6 weeks from placement of order and all approvals. If you are in a rush, let us know – some of our lines offer a fee for expedited service and we do have a few lines who carry limited stock. We’re always happy to check to see if there are options to meet your timeline.

What is the minimum order for your fabric and wallpaper?
The minimum order quantities for fabric and wallpaper vary among our represented lines. All of the lines we represent have at least a 3 yard minimum for fabric and a 5 yd minimum for wallpaper. Some lines have higher minimums, so be sure to check with us about minimums or fees. Please note all orders must be in full yards, no partial yard orders will be accepted.

Can you estimate my wallpaper?
We do not offer wallpaper estimates. You will need to contact a professional installer for an estimate. But we can help you understand the information your installer will need to know when estimating because not many of our papers are sold in a ‘standard’ format, so please reach out to your salesperson or email us at sales@studiofournyc.com


Do you offer installation services?
We offer installation services only on rugs and carpets sold to the trade. Studio Four does not offer installation of fabric or wallpaper.

What other showrooms carry your products?
Studio Four NYC’s own fabric and wallpaper collection is available to the trade through Harbinger in Los Angeles, James in Austin, Dallas and Houston, and Y&Co in Toronto.
